I came across something last night...some are saying new tech has been used on the phones Lisa and Peter used and all the department. 1000's of text were found. Someone on twitter was trying to explain .......found it!!!!

Charles Calkins.....Yeah, it is a database of some form (possibly in SQLite format as that is a popular portable embedded database) but I'm curious what creates it, as its existence seems to have been a surprise to investigators. A log of phone activity that is otherwise hidden on a govt device?
Yes, it is essentially the server-side activity log, I think. Or one of them. I don't know the mechanics or terminology for it, but guess there are junctures combining inbound and outbound streams of data -- routers run on servers, which would each have its own log.
Makes sense, but since it wasn't found until the "final quality assurance checks" it seems it is a file investigators didn't expect to come across. Wondering why a govt phone would log stuff in a way the govt itself didn't know it was happening...
