Retiring Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) said in a new interview that the Republican Party has been inured to danger of President Trump's continued criticism of special counsel Robert Mueller.
"It’s like the party is a frog slowly boiling in water, being conditioned to not be worried, to not think too hard about what’s happening around them,” Flake told The Washington Post.
“They feel at a loss about what to do because it’s the president’s party, without any doubt," he said. "So, there’s a lot of whistling by the graveyard these days.”

When you are looking at the world in your rear view mirror everything is backwards. So it is with Flake. He has it exactly backwards. It is the Never Trumpers who are being slowly brought to a boil. They will soon all be fish bait.
Clearly it is not, unfortunately.
We need to convince the sleaziest Republicans in America to all register as Democrat. Then, let them call out (their own party) Schumer, Pelosi, Schiff, Feinstein, Clinton, Beto, etc., as being scum. Think the media would play along like they do now with Flake?
Ditto. I am a 2 time voter for Ronald Reagan. That man could give a speech. He had the nohow to go around the press and make his case to the American people. Just imagine what he could have done in the age of the internet. After RR, I was voting against the democratic candidate and not necessarily for the republican.

I hate hate hate hate the GOP establishment for allowing the Mueller business to exist. It NEVER should have happened, no new President should ever be subjected to this. I have been a Republican all of my life and I cannot begin to say how much I despise every last one of these demon-possessed traitors who have somehow seized control of our party. I hate them, I hate them worse than I hate (elected) democrats, and believe me, I HATE THOSE DEMOCRATS!!!!!!

One of Flake’s sons was in or had a homosexual relationship before same sex marriage was legal with former U S Rep Matt Salmon from AZ close male relative. Both are Mormons. Who knows how the Mormon looks at homosexuality now.

Says the guy who was cornered by Dems just before the Kavanaugh vote to proceed, since there was zero proof the specious claims had any substance, and came out, with a red face, looking like his nuts were in a vise, and mumbled he would “go along” but had some serious issues....he was right about himself having serious issues.
It makes the Republicans look impotent.
