As I understand it the judge DID ask for the original 302, but they did not comply
Instead they handed him a 6 month later recollection surrogate ......not the real deal
The ball is in the judge’s court!
Please pray he has integrity and does the right thing....!
Also pray for his safety!
Send in the Federal Cops to arrest the perps.
