Why 'all of a sudden' are people talking about the CLINTON FOUNDATION (including whistleblowers and hidden company established to investigate covertly (ex_ABCs))?

What is this "hidden company"? It was "established", so I don't think it's an already established arm of the government. And made up of "ex ABCs"? CIA, NSA, FBI, etc?

They’ve been talking about a private group that Huber was using that has been investigating the Clinton Foundation for the purpose of claiming a large whistleblower reward from the IRS. Can’t think of the name though.
