That’s a scary thought, for sure, that Wray and Whittaker would block the Committee’s legitimate inquiry, by sending along obstructionists to thwart any and all questions, on that blasted crook, HRC.
Additionally, why would the Committee even expect to get answers when the Committee must know whether or not there is an Active investigation that is ongoing, today, regarding their questions?
Obviously, the key to blocking Congressional Oversight is for the Justice Department to keep the FBI in perpetual investigation mode and never call them off. Just Dayham.
Yeah, sounds pretty clearly like they are leftover Obama admin DoJ attorneys. But what are they doing in such a critical position two years into the Trump admin???
I think I’ve got whiplash from the posts of Sundance at the Conservative Treehouse on this. First he was gloating over how the attorneys stopping testimony earlier this year were doing so because of the areas under investigation by Huber.
Now he is saying anyone who thinks there’s anything good about the attorneys’ motivations in blocking Comey’s testimony today are crazy.
I still look to a housecleaning at the DoJ that should have started 22 months ago.
Just something to consider, Q said the Senate was the goal. From what I understand, when the House changes hands, the Republicans will hand off the investigation to the Senate. Then the fun should begin.
