Yes, "Sovereign citizen" is the malarkey I was referring to.

The Sovereign Individual is the title of a really excellent book by a friend of mine, James Dale Davidson. (And by the way, James is not a globalist at all as he has sometimes been portrayed, but essentially a libertarian.)
