The Wall was Trump’s very first promise, and he has not accomplished that. I suspect he could build the wall by declaring it a national defense and national security necessity and take the funds from the Pentagon and Homeland Security. He has done well on the economy, North Korea, and trade and NATO issues, but The Wall is the most important. So, Carlson is at least partly right.
Tucker Carlson is also partly wrong. And the fact that he asserts he is flatly right without any qualification makes him wholly wrong.
