I don’t know what you mean by “attachment parenting” leading to bullying. We did attachment parenting — and lots of breastfeeding for the older son (the one who wasn’t adopted)-— and our kids were both independent and respectful.

I don’t know what you mean by “attachment parenting” leading to bullying. We did attachment parenting — and lots of breastfeeding for the older son (the one who wasn’t adopted)-— and our kids were both independent and respectful.

That’s why I placed the qualifier “sometimes”. By “Attachment Parenting” I mean the approach popularized by Dr. Sears. My point is that bullying behavior can sometimes occur even without the parents themselves being bullies, and with no substantial direct exposure of the child to any substantial amount of bullying behavior.
