Agreed. 'The heart is deceitfully wicked, who can know it.' Selfishness, pride, greed etc. abound even in toddlers.

I stand corrected.
What I really meant was if people have a chance with good upbringing, education and/or other such input, more will turn out good than bad. And even some “bad” ones can change, depending on use of free will.
