Regardless of looks, statutory rape is statutory rape. Minors are incapable of consenting by law, it has nothing to do with gender and it has nothing to do with willingness.
Sentence her just as a male statutory rapist would be sentenced. To do otherwise is sexist and misogynist.
The argument is whether he was “sexually assaulted” — he is suing her for 2 million dollars, and she is saying that the relationship was consensual, and therefore even though it was illegal, she was not liable for damages he claims.
It is an interesting argument, she will probably lose.
On the other hand, I can see it as a winning argument in cases where a minor pretends to be an adult.
