My cats are always so excited when I come home. They follow me from room to room to make sure I'm not "escaping" again. They are faithful like dogs.

Age and illness has me down to just one 14 yo pooch with a bad back, bad hearing and poor eyesight.
Scares me 2-3 times a day because he sleeps so hard I think I’ve lost him.
funny thing he’s picked up...follows me into the bathroom, but won’t look directly at me. Sits so he can look in the mirror of the shower door to see me, so he thinks I can’t see him staring
