Put them both in the playoff. Alabama is in. But Georgia should be in as well. Yes, with two losses. Yes, as a non-conference champion. Yes, despite the résumés of Oklahoma and Ohio State. Georgia is good enough to overcome all that. The howls of outrage will echo across the Midwest, the Southwest and everywhere else where fans hate the thought of the Southeastern Conference gobbling up half the playoff for the second straight year. The political pressure against it would be immense — and let’s face it, college athletic administrators are political animals. The College Football Playoff selection committee would be shutting out 60 percent of the Power Five from the four-team playoff, which would cause enough backlash that it could actually alter the sport.

And he deserves to be booed. Thanks to Scott and his enthusiasm for night games, most USC home games this season have taken place at night, sometimes with 7:45 kickoffs which means getting home after midnight. He has also been pushing for weekday games, which interfere with the university's academic mission by drawing crowds that disrupt classes and forcing students to compete with fans for parking spaces.
Under Scott's leadership, the Pac 12 has become a bush league.

Notre Dame should be out. Same excuse they used to keep out big 12 teams. They didn’t win yesterday and the others did. Hell even UCF win again but not notre dame.

I just think it’s hilarious how a rule sheet as long as your arm is drafted and agreed to and then one school is exempted in advance from all the rules just agreed to.

That axiom would have denied Alabama if they hadn't won. And, by the way, the National Champ from last year didn't win their conference. How about that?

They didn’t lose. GA did.
The CFP committee is charged with selecting the four best teams and not the four best conference champions. Alabama, Clemson, and Georgia have earned that status. In my mind the only debate is who should be the fourth team. Notre Dame? Oklahoma? UCF? In my opinion even LSU deserves more consideration than Ohio State, and I say that as a Buckeye fan.
Clemson is overrated. They haven’t played anyone good.
GA would beat them, ND will beat them, Hell T A&M almost beat them.
If Clemson has “earned” it then so has ND.
I’d go with OK in playoff. Although, I do think UGA is better than OK, just can’t imagine OK defenders attempting to tackle Swift and Holyfield.

Georgia belongs in the Sugar Bowl this year. They had their shot. 4th slot to the Okies.
So, ‘Bama fans, answer me this: Had they lost, should they, the #1 consensus team be eliminated from the playoffs ?
