Yeah, I do the food binges too and El Y is my current “thing.” Had company Saturday, fixed a pile of TexMex with black sauce snuck in the meat and beans, red sauce in the rice. Red, Green and Black on the buffet for personal use. No one wanted to try the sauce. “Habanero” scares them away I think. But they ate up the danged food ;)

Y’all should try Mezzetta Brand Habanero sauce “twist and shout”.
We buy a case (12-7.5 oz bottles) about 3 times a year. An awesome addition to the sauce for hot wings instead of Tabasco.

Cracked open the El Y XXXTRA hot sauce last night on some white corn tortilla chips and commercial quac. Heat below my limit and easily handled, and I’m a lightweight. Try some.
