Jumpin’ ahead here, but a thought came to me as I snowboggined to town today.

What if D5 really means December 5? Yes, I know the exucutive branch is closed that day. Now I have to find out if DOJ is exec. (it is, isn’t it?) And of course the military never takes a day off, so perhaps we will get some boomage that day? Crossing fingers.
