The PDF is a 28 page letter to Horowitz, Sessions, Huber, Rosenweasal, WH attorney and members of Congress from one Dr. Les Sachs, former DOJ staff. He is apparently living in Europe under protection from Mueller threats to kill him.
He outlines corruption of Mueller and associates including millions in ill gotten gains, promoting terrorism in the EU, bribing federal judges, and protection of child trafficking gangs. He also name Patrick Fitzgerald as a Mueller cohort.
Sachs claims Mueller works through the law firms of Wilmer Hale and Ropes Gray as complicit. He also says Google attorneys work with them and help conceal their tracks.
Sacks outlines numerous schemes and crimes and says the groups aim is regime change in the US.
Not sure of the veracity of this document, but it rings true to me.
