Not only did our plucky hero solve the photo mystery, but he went on to tie it to the the previously reported GM story. And many agree with his reporting, including the Oracle. The theory is that this citie's auto building ties, the auto parts meeting there point to some dirty derp/Chinee dealings regarding GM. Q says "they know". I have to admit, I saw a couple people (forget who) take a stab at this, but I totally glossed over it. It must have something to do with what "Q knows" about the photo.
