Well your fellow freeper is just as wrong. It's clearly a reflection. I've already given you a myriad of reasons WHY it's a reflection all of which make a ton more sense then constructing an elaborate conspiracy that begs the silence of literally millions of people around the world.

If it were a reflection, the entire surface of the white plastic shuttle would show the “Big Head” guy’s face...
But...
...it...
doesn’t..
It does not”reflect” the entire Big Head guy’s head as if it were the face of a monitor.
You can only see the bleed-through of the guy’s Head on the parts where there is a mirrored sticker or blue colored sticker on the plastic white arms of the shuttle model.
It’s not a conspiracy, its just plain old 1970’s era technology.

Oh, and there is a later shot of the white plastic model “shuttle”’s arm where they are still experimenting with the chromakey...

They were setting up the shot in a video studio, and adjusting for lighting with the chromakey and somehow this video got released publicly.
No conspiracy, just old-fashioned tech fact. LOL!
