Rising ocean levels would increase Aquaman’s turf.

Mamoa was great in GoT"

Agreed. I like Jason Mamoa. Watched him in the Sundance series "The Red Road", and have been enjoying him in Netflix's "Frontier" series. Looking forward to seeing him in the Aquaman movie when it's released on DVD.

"Lamest superhero ever. He can swim! He can talk to fish! He yells underwater and saves fish from bad people."

But he let Luca Brasi sleep with the fishes.

"Most ambitious? It’s a comic book movie. The safest bet in Hollywood right now."

That's because the storyline has already been written for them. They don't have to come up with any new ideas. Hollywood screenwriters are brain dead.

Jack Kirby almost achieved that status.

Yes. The Suits mandated Justice League not exceed two hours - by even one minute. Absurd.

It was never going to be great with first Snyder and then Whedon in charge, but that guaranteed both story and character would suffer. I suspect that stricture also necessitated more rather than fewer reshoots than would otherwise have been needed - the ones with the invisible mustache.

Suits never get it. Never. See Star Trek (OS). See Firefly.
