I was a guest for Thanksgiving. Host offered to tune it to the football game. I changed it to a dog show. The dogs were a pleasure to see. Don’t miss the NFL at all.
I have watched exactly 1 1/2 NFL games since all the kneeling started.
1) Last Thanksgiving, spent at the home of someone who had the game on.
2) One of last year’s playoff games (I am related to a player on one of the teams, it was his first playoff game, and I felt obligated).
Oh come on, that dog show was silly, although it was pretty funny (the guy at my thanksgiving missed the channel by 1, so we spent 15 minutes watching stuck-up people parading dogs around).
If that was my house and you change the TV to a dog show, you would have been outside eating with the dogs.
