I don’t know if it really is a bad headline, but my mind was not initially reading it the way I think they intended it..my mind was thinking something more, er...humorous...

Journalism schools are producing a sub-par product these days. You’re right, the headline is awful.

I read an article years ago about SAT scores. The students with the lowest scores go the the School of Education; and, the students with the second lowest SAT scores to to the School of Communication (journalism).

Make of that what you will.
