Two 18 year old males (will call them Jimmy and Joe) were in a fight outside a Footaction store. Jimmy shot Joe. Jimmy started to run. Hoover cops were nearby, saw Jimmy and fatally shot him. Joe was transported to the hospital but was not killed on the scene.

That sort of thing does happen, and it’s frightening, but if correct, this was not a Mass Murderer nor was it Terrorism.
