The speculation is that a president could possibly issue pardons, and then classify the pardons so that anyone who revealed them would face charges. There is speculation that O’bammy may have issued such pardons to his top cronies. The classification system is the root of all the evil in the feral goverment.
If there are classified pardons, I am sure Trump and the Q team know about them. I consider it theory until proven. I seriously hope they don’t exist, and if they do, they need to be tossed aside as illegal.
