2. Early release will negate any pleas to 5A, especially regarding the FISA DECLAS (#9?). The documentary evidence will show that the witness has waived their 5A rights (regarding the PROCESS in question) by their signature on the oath of the affidavit.
1. Release after testimony will prove internal workings among agencies to cover the crime (conspiracy to obstruct).
2. Release after the testimony will reveal collusion with foreign intel (FVEY) and conspiracy to obstruct in an attempt to cover the collusion as well as the crimes involved (circular INTEL)
3. Release after the testimony will reveal the depth of infiltration and manipulation of the media (WW!) by Clowns and FIBs. Let’s see if the media jumps on the “early” or “after” wagon. That might give us a clue as to the when vis-à-vis [D]ec. 5.

The death toll is at 88 with 200+ missing still. The fire destroyed more than 13,000 homes. I think it is really sad to see that there is little to no news coverage and we have literally thousands of people who are instantly homeless and unemployed.

Counsel for PapaD is gonna go “beast mode” in court? I can think of a few arguments that can be brought up...
1. SC-RM has had his scope narrowed by Whittaker.
2. His court hearing concerning SC-RM validity has yet to be adjudicated
3. His plea deal didn’t gag him from making public statements about the plea. Just because he took the plea to avoid the continued economic burden of defense doesn’t mean he willfully lied to agents of the SC.
What happens when a prosecutor re-opens a plea deal that has been consummated and sentenced? What does the judge do? Who was the judge and what is his/her appointment?

I’m leaning toward a combination. Show SOME of the information you have prior to the testimony, leaving out most. This forces them to admit some things but also allows them to get caught in a perjury trap for other things.

You may have a point if the early release is 1-4 and the after bucket is #9...IF those groups are what we speculate them to be.

The argument against partial release is that the witness(es) can invoke a delay and demand a full release. Move to include ALL exculpatory evidence.
