Never did I assert to take on a task for God, without the direction of God.

But previously, you said:

So why aren’t you subduing these islanders? You don’t need God’s direction in these matters, you have standing orders.

How God calls is not the issue here. Jesus Christ and His gospel is your problem. You are at decision time. God used a servant of his to present you (and billions of others) a gracious opportunity to understand the good news of Christ because He loves you.
