Class of 2017 and proud atheist as per other threads. Funny how they often want you to know that. In their own minds it grants them a veneer of intellectual achievement.

And yet I didn’t mention a single time on this thread that I am an atheist, because it simply isn’t relevant. For that matter, I’ve been criticized in other threads for not mentioning that I’m an atheist…because not announcing it was somehow considered “deceptive”.

Sometimes you just can’t win.

BTW, I’m not “proud” to be an atheist any more than I’m proud to be bald. It’s simply indicative of the lack of a specific thing; in this case, religious faith.
