Why would I be alarmed at that?!!
OMG I’M GONNA DIE!!
I never took a flu shot in my life. Never will.
No the shot given to older patients is increased strength
“Very often they are wrong.”
Correction: With minor exceptions as to how far wrong they are, they are always wrong.
Yeah...I was wondering about that!
Dittto for me. I retired in 2002 and have never had a flu shot since then. I am convinced that all the shots I got during 26 years active duty lowered my immunity.
I heard about that K2 on Doctor Radio (Sirius/XM channel 110) last wk! I had never heard of it.
BTW, I got flu last winter. Sister gave me D3 three x/day, baking soda couple times per day, Sambucol elderberry (https://www.webmd.com/diet/supplement-guide-elderberry) Tylenol for fever. This is true: flu last no longer than FOUR days. Oh yes, the protocol for baking soda for the flu: http://www.healing-from-home-remedies.com/old-baking-soda-home-remedy-for-colds-and-flu.html
Perhaps, I did have more of a cold than the flu.
However, I’ve haven’t had any other standard rhinoviruses for the last three years or so.
Also, I experienced no side effects from my two prior flu vaccinations.
Thankfully, I’ve been spared a severe bout with the flu for many, many years. Influenza is quite lethal and its dire consequences must not be understated.
I think some of our systems are different - the years I’ve gotten the Flu shots, I’ve been a lot sicker than normal - more events and longer get well times.<p.The years I don’t get the shot, I might have a cold and have a few short periods of feeling like I’m fighting the onset of a cold....
Received the flu shot annually for about the last 15 years,..no problems. Although I noticed I now tend to grow feathers and molt about a week after I get the shots....<8^)
