I’m pretty sure I recall seeing a photo of Obama speaking to a Second Grade class. He was using a Teleprompter, believe it or not. The then Secretary of Education was standing next to him. Arne Duncan. I recall it because both men were tall and in dark suits.Anne waited silently in the background.
He (Duncan) may have been at Parade Rest position, you know what that is.
