We measure them only by their skin color. If we get our color % right it doesn’t matter who the people are, their skills, their contributions, their level of interest. We just need them to be black.
What a despicable way of dehumanizing people especially people who happen to be black.

Fit old people. Frail old people. Skinny, fat or tough as jerky. Old people make up a lot of the world except in commercials and television shows.
