I don’t mess with those at all.
To me, most pressure cookers are akin to using stick shift cars. If you already know what you’re doing, fine.
If you are an adult and just now learning to use one, be really careful. Maybe just don’t use one if given a choice.

Mom used pressure cooker all the time to cook vegetables. I never have. I prefer to steam I like them crunchy.

Learned to drive stick shift at 19 and had several stick shift cars. Good skill to know. Helped with car rentals overseas.

Had a mother in law telling me about an attempt to make cooked applesauce in a pressure cooker. She said that during the cooking process the relief valve blew out, (probably sauce residue blocked the main valve) and the entire kitchen ceiling, and then the floor, was coated with applesauce. Said it was even worse than the recounting.
