Are you feeling better? I saw your post about Epsom salts and lavender. I have been taking baths with epsom salts for my arms. I hadn’t thought about throwing in some essential oils. Do you know which ones are good for tendinosis? I have lavender and peppermint and some sort of lemon. I don’t think it is straight lemon. It has a very light fragrance.

I have an EO reference book...with oils matched with many symptoms, but I cant put my hands on it, right this minute.
You can do a search with Best EO for ____ (symptom). Thats what I have to do when I cant find my book.
