That sounds like a great business! I grow oregano, parsley, and a few other things, dehydrate them and put in jars for later use. I don’t seal them though.

Sounds great! I love freshly dehydrated herbs, they have so much more flavor than the store stuff that has been on the shelf for a while

I learned quite a bit researching my recipes. Herbs don’t last so long, and those are usually the leaves or stems of a plant. Spices can last, and those are the roots or seeds.like cumin, nutmeg, Ann is, coriander, stuff like that. And dehydrated whole chilies clean last also. I have been experimenting with the various chile flavors. Oh my gosh, there’s smell so good when you toast them a little.
