Went to therapy today, and first had the laser treatment. That is some sort of deep heating device. Then massage to loosen up tight muscles and encourage blood flow and gentle stretches. That’s the best I can do right now.
And then something new, called dry needling. At least new to me. Kind of like mini acupuncture. Then the laser again. and kinesiology tape
And afterwards I was close to pain free until right now! That is just hours and hours. I just sat on the couch feeling so good, afraid to do anything to sabotage it. Little tender mercies and beautiful blessings. Now a little bit of pain is back because I helped a tiny bit with dinner. Just a pitiful amount , I salted and peppered some pork chops and the lid to the panel was too heavy for me. These days2 pounds is too heavy. But after today, I have hope this will change eventually!
It is good to feel like I am on the right track finally, after two missed diagnosis and months of doing the wrong thing because of it.

your treatments sound good. I had the laser by my chiropractor done on my ankle ( Trimalleolar - all bones broken and foot/leg separated).
He did it to speed up healing of the foot. It did relieve the pain somewhat (which is still here - 5 years later). He combined it with heat and traction/stretching. Felt so good afterward
I had not heard of the needling. Sounds like you at least have a little room for hope for improvement.
