Are we looking at the same catalog? The link you posted had white boys on pages 9, 24, 29, 33, 66, 74, 76, 77, 84 along with somewhat racially ambiguous boys that look more white than anything else on pages 40 and 71. I suppose it’s possible Target shows different flyers based on the viewers’ location, but I doubt it.
Page 9: Two white girls, one white boy, a black doll, and a white doll.
Page 24: White boy, Halfrican boy.
Page 29: Two white boys and four white action figures.
Page 33: Red-haired white boy, two white action figures.

Page 74: White boy, black boy.
