Republicans need to rebuild big time in OC.
Period.
My old area for 40 years, Mission Viejo and Irvine. Problem is that once a Dem gets elected to Congress in Orange County they are almost impossible to unseat. Jerry Patterson and Loretta Sanchez did nothing for OC but kept getting re-elected.
