No theory is infallible, which is why they're called "theories". Some are more established than others, however.
By the way, theories don't become "laws", as some people think. They always remain theories. A law is just a mathematical relationship describing how something behaves. A theory may contain several laws, such as gravity and the inverse square law describing its behavior over distances.
