Most legal immigrants do NOT vote Democrat. They mostly vote Republican. Many have seen socialism in their own countries and recognize it when they see it here. I know this, because I have personal friends who are legal immigrants, now citizens and they appreciate this country.

that is great that you have friends like that but you are completely wrong. The majority of immigrants are Hispanic and Asian and both vote democrat overwhelmingly. See the graphic below--
