The election system in US is from BEFORE the horse and buggy days. It needs much more than ballot security.
Begin with a national voter ID card with photo available free of charge with proof of citizenship. The largest democracy on earth has printed 780 MILLION such cards. No one can vote there without the voter ID card.
Each Voter ID card will have a unique number. That will weed out duplicate, fraudulent, and illegal votes. IRS does that now when duplicate social security number tax returns are filed.
Basically voting need to reformed based on Tera Byte world of computer technology. RNC and stupid politicians do not have a clue or the desire.

Utah 4th was called for McAdams some time ago. Love lost. New York 22nd is not decided yet though the Democrat has a slight lead.
UT4 hasn’t been called yet according to all the media that I have looked at. As of yesterday 150,000 votes were outstanding in Salt Lake and Utah counties. We don’t know how many of those are in the 4th District though.

Right now, McAdam’s lead is down to 4906 votes.
If any media outlets called it, they are stupid, because we don’t know yet.
So you have no problem with democrats becoming majority and control all moral agenda? So you will sit in your basement and be content that the country is heading towards liberalism, unrestricted abortions, importing illegals, single payer healthcare, free education for illegals, free hospital care for illegals, higher taxes on those who work, more welfare for those who do not work? etc etc etc??
Because that is exactly what the democrats will give you, while you are so proud you lost because you refused to play hardball politics.
