Yep, no hand recount for Gillum. Nelson will get the machine recount first, and then the hand recount. It is still hard to see how Nelson overcomes a 12,500 deficit. It can’t be done without massive fraud, beyond the massive fraud they have already committed. I can see them trying to disqualify certain Scott ballots on some technicality.
