I'm wondering if Q is just defining that the "stay alerts" are a thing that prevents the Secret Service clients from travelling. Kind of like a "hold in place" kinda thing.

I also wonder if one or more are in effect as we speak.

Either way, the coming week should be interesting.

Imagine if Hillary's Secret Service detail received a "stay alert". Or Osucka's, etc.

How would that be?

Finally, we might get our money's worth for "protecting" these scum for so long.
