Its also doubtful whether the CA state legislature will be so quick to enact additional legislation to ameliorate PGE's exposure.

See. Here's where you F up, comrade.

When you just make shit up. Why is it doubtful? Because you say so?

If you have been paying attention all your life, and you obviously haven't or you wouldn't be the derp state defender what you are, you would know that this is how the socialists act.

If the do it once, of course they'll do it again.

Wake up, clone.

And no, I won't tell you why the derps would start fires in California. I don't have time for one on one tutoring. I know you read our thread with a fine tooth comb, so you already know the theory.

Stop being a pain in the ass.

PG&E Bankruptcy Statement

PG&E currently plans to file for Chapter 11 on or about January 29, 2019. At PG&E, our single most important responsibility is safety, and we must work harder every day to demonstrate that the safety of the public, our employees and our contractors comes first. PG&E has been part of the California landscape for more than 100 years, and we care deeply about the communities that we serve and where our employees live and work.

We recognize that the devastating and unprecedented Northern California wildfires of 2017 and 2018 have had a profound impact on our customers and their communities. PG&E faces extensive litigation and significant potential liabilities resulting from these wildfires. It is clear that a solution is needed that enables the continued safe delivery of natural gas and electric service to our customers and supports the orderly, fair and expeditious resolution of PG&E’s potential liabilities resulting from the recent wildfires.

Jan. 14, 2019 LOS ANGELES — Pacific Gas and Electric said on Monday that it would seek bankruptcy protection as “the only viable option” as the giant California utility faces billions of dollars in liability claims from two years of deadly wildfires.

THat didn't take long did it?

Some "oracle" you turned out to be.

Any questions or big words you'd like help with?
