Broward has begun their machine recount. Where are all the ballots that were being carelessly tossed into those blue bags? Where are the blue bags? FNC showing the recount in that room and there are no blue bags!

Soooo ... if you want to commit election fraud, you have to wait until the voting has ended in order to find out WHO DID NOT VOTE.
Then, those names can be used to create fraudulent paper ballots; but that takes time!
