“When there was congestion in that area, the toll prices would react to that, and that’s when we would see actually some of the most pricey trips for that segment through the 95 Express Lanes,” McGurk said.

So, the more you were inconvenienced from lack of sufficient road to drive on, the more they charged you....if they were a restaurant and your food came with live roaches romping around on it, you wouldn't be able to afford the meal....

Nope. I sold my house, packed my trash, and left Virginia and my faggot mayor in the rear view mirror. I made the decision on the 1st ticket from the toll road.

My commute was Camp Springs to Ft. McNair before I retired in 2017. I then sold my house and moved to rural Indiana. There was a traffic jam on my way to the grocery store last week, when I had to wait for 4 cars to go through the traffic light that were in front of me.

In Los Angeles the 405 thru the Sepulvada pass was worked on for about 20 years adding extra lanes which were reserved for carpool. 20 years later they finished and traffic is as backed up as ever with the carpool lanes not at capacity.
They never did get to smooth out the very rough pavement near Sunset exit a few miles away. You feel like you are on a washboard.... bumpie de bump bump bump.
