Germany was to be our bug out country. Nope, not anymore.
You know, it’s better to be prudent and have a “bugout” plan, even if you never hope to use it.
Right now, with walls going up, or plans to, and restrictions on using your passport (the IRS and the DNS), it does make sense to be ready “just in case”. Remember what happened to all those jews who left Germany in the 1930’s and moved to Poland? How safe was that?
How successful was Sessions in putting the Clinton’s and the the FBI, and the DOJ to account? How successful is Trump in repealing Obamacarefree? How successful the future looks with the ramping up of the antifa, the BLM and the SJW? It’s only going to get worse.
I thought about it quite bit, especially during the Obama years, but when Trump was elected and the economy surged, I stopped thinking.
However--the 2018 election demonstrated that Georgia, Florida, Texas, and Arizona are just a few fraudulent votes, a few illegal immigrants, or a few brain-washed "millennials" away from becoming California. I hate to be dismal, but I'm beginning to think of escape again.
Switzerland, Australia, and Canada would seem to be the logical places, but immigration there is strict-to-impossible.
I don't know about New Zealand.
I don't want to leave the USA, but I can't help thinking of some escape plan.
I suppose that if things got bad enough, there would be either a civil war or an American diaspora--either of which would be a disaster.
Any ideas?
