I think POTUS reasoning re asylum seekers is excellent - it notes they must enter and apply through ports of entry. That’s legal language with historical precedent but if they’re not coming by sea, then they’re coming by land, in which case they’re coming through some other country that’s rather obligated to take them and if they’ve refused, they’re ineligible, based on established international law.

I just happened to notice on the last thread that there was a new thread. I tried the FR search to no avail, and accessed it by putting ransomnote in the user search.
