Florida - all appear to now be in recount area, which was the goal.
Dr. Snipes says Broward is done counting,(after she heard they were coming to impound the ballots) yet the Broward web site says "early voting" ballots are partially counted.

I don't see any of these flippin in a machine recount.

Absentee and Provisional Ballots left to count. I can't seem to find counts for those. (145k absentee were sent out for the primary)

Rock Solid RAT county.

Nelson 58.39% - 41.61%
Gillum 58.15% - 41.12%

Assume 145k absentee were sent out and all were returned. Nelson & Gillum each pick up about 170 per thousand or aprox 24k at the above percentages.

I suppose we could look for shenanigans here to push them both over the top the top.

All other 66 counties finished their counts on Election eve. In our county, as in most, the ballots are hand filled out and scanned. The ballots are tallied and a total is produced by the scanners. That total for each candidate is then transmitted to the county’s Supervisor of Elections.

Absentee ballots are scanned and also sent (includes military etc.). All is done the night of the election.

How Broward is “finding ballots” is beyond me. And why they are taking days to do the counting is also suspect.

counts are bouncing up or down - 100 here 100 there.

IMO, a machine recount shouldn’t change the votes as of where they stand this minute.
It’s a hand recount that has to watched\videoed.
