Absolutely! I was thinking more in terms of advanced surveillance and monitoring, what with electronic penetration at laser level of invasive today. And, I see just what Project Veritus has accomplished, with a simple cell phone camera, or whatever.
Also, America has no history of actually living in this modern technological era. Will we make it?
