There’s some very cool explanations here on FR. Mine, I don’t think, held up when I read the others. Notably, Lisa Mei Crowley’s theory was posted and I thought, welll. I think this could be it. Wish I had bookmarked it.
The booms occurred to me because I have a memory, iirc, of seeing four booms in one of the drops. And, of course, the canon makes a big boom.
Of course, the booms would be hard to figure unless they will be taking place within the context of legal stuff going on, and with some kind of public “notice” being given so as to rattle the enemy. And how could that happen with what I was thinking? I don’t know, but I bet Q would know, if that was in the plan.

Forgot to say that the two different graphics (the canon, and the justice jpg) made me think there could be more than one application. Working separately and together.
Wouldn’t it be something if the sequence appeared a third time with a third graphic?
