Scry is a keyword action that allows a player to look at a certain number of cards from the top of his or her library and put them on the bottom of the library or back on top in any order. So I interpret this to mean that the military, working with PALANTIR has predictive gaming tech to analyze all possible future outcomes.
This is FUTURE PROVES PAST, TRUST THE PLAN! The military has gamed out every possible outcome of events and is planning for each. A form of crystal ball TIME TRAVEL.
well, well, well ... I must say - the Palantir connection makes a lot more sense in that context. For some reason I was always thinking it pertained to a tool being used by the bad guys and that didn't necessarily make sense. I didn't think MIRROR. Excuse me ;)
