I haven't looked into this treatment, since my knees are still working fine, but it's something that appeared on my radar recently. It's a treatment that may offer an alternative to knee replacement surgery.
I’ve been curious about the stem cell thing. My local ortho outfit has started looking into it too. Promising, maybe....

The late Gordie Howe was rejuvenated in his 80’s by stem cell treatments in Mexico. Reportedly he came off his death bed and was subsequently seen ice skating on the driveway with his grandchildren. (He died aged 88.)
