Law of unintended consequences at work.

It’s obvious after the fact, but never occurred to me before. I figured Raptor Choppers were the end of it.

As one who loves watching raptors, this is heartbreaking.

Damned infernal machines. Unreliable, high cost power, noisy, sunbeam-chopping, sucking up HUGE amounts of resources to build, and causing lizard populations to explode.

Rats and mice are forever grateful...and breeding at a far higher rate than the raptors.
